To solve phimosis (tight foreskin)

The penis basically consists of 3 balloons that fill with blood on erection.  See Diagram: http://en.academic.ru/dic.nsf/enwiki/265769o

This page shows functions and mobility: http://www.circumstitions.com/completeman/

Masturbating can be damaging to the penis if you apply too much pressure. It damages the spongy tissue chambers of the penis. Consequently the 3 spongy chambers do not fill out with blood and expand the skin. Normal healthy penises will get spontaneous erections, especially at night and in the morning. If you damage the structure of the penis, this does not happen. Spontaneous erections help with the stretching of the foreskin.
The collapsed inside structure of the penis, as well as the lack of strong, hard and long-lasting spontaneous erections leads to a tight foreskin because on erection there is no strong pressure pushing out against the foreskin.  P.S. A sensitive glans (head) is a sign of damage. Many people complain of this on the network54 forum

So what you need to do is allow repair of the 3 spongy chambers to happen. Don't masturbate as much. I would aim for once every 4 days at the most.  Take cold showers to reduce the hotness and horniness.
When you do masturbate, don't do it for a long time. Your body will repair what needs to be repaired. It can't repair if it is in use.

Another thing. Too much masturbation (especially with the wrong technique) can cause micro-tears in the skin, which form scar tissue; scar tissue is less elastic than unscarred tissue.

So, when you masturbate, make sure you are not applying too much pressure or using a damaging technique. Don't push down on it through clothes, or hump the bed with your body weight on the penis etc.  Just lightly grip the penis and move the foreskin up and down. The penis was not meant to have large pressure applied in a death grip. The vaginal walls are soft and the action of intercourse is merely to move the foreskin up and down.

Once the inside structure starts to repair, the 3 spongy chambers of the penis will inflate to their proper position. This in itself will expand the foreskin over time even without erections.  With frequent spontaneous erections obviously there will be more pressure pushing out against the foreskin.

You should be getting spontaneous erections. This is a sign your penis is repaired.  Ideally you should aim for prolonged strong erections. Morning wood is an example of this. If you wake up in the morning and have an erection for an hour - this is great.  These prolonged strong erections will maximise the expansion and stretching of the foreskin.
Because the sponginess of the chambers is restored, there will also be extra 'give' when trying to pull the foreskin down. To understand what I mean by this, imagine pulling a jumper sleeve with a small hole over a long balloon. The balloon doesn't fit through the hole at first, but if you pull hard, the balloon comes through the hole because the balloon compresses and gets narrower. By restoring the sponginess of the penis you make it easier to pull the foreskin down. See diagram to left.

In time, if you follow this advice, it will then be easier to retract the foreskin over the head.

As a test for how much the spongy chambers have repaired, you should be able to move your erect penis up and down without touching it just by contracting your kegal muscles.

If you have damaged the spongy chambers then it will take about a week-2 weeks for good repair progress of the penis.  Once the penis is repaired, it will take a few more weeks for your foreskin to become looser.  If you follow my advice exactly - exercise, nutrition (see below), I would take a conservative guess than it would take 3 months at the quickest.  If you want to add in the conventional advice of stretching - ok - but the natural stretching that a strong erection gives in my opinion is best.

What advice? The only thing you tell the reader to do is masturbate less.

    1. Yes, because the spongy chambers of the penis are likely broken. It is the strong spontaneous erections that will help expand the foreskin. If the spongy chambers are damaged from applying too much pressure in masturbation then there is no strong pressure pushing outwards against the foreskin. So leave it for a while and exercise more to increase the outward pressure.

    2. This is total biological nonsense

  2. I really find this advice counter-intuitive and against my own experience. To cure a tight foreskin you need to expand the tight phimotic ring which is at the end of the foreskin, nowhere near your chambers of blood. If anything, masturbating in a particular way, with some but gentle force, helped me to stretch mine.

    1. This may be because you had BXO (a white hardening of the skin). I see you are middle aged so i presume you were able to retract the foreskin previously.
But I would follow my advice anyway because - it is is just good health advice.
If you do have a noticeable white hardening of the skin - then you have Balanitis Xerotica Obliterans/Lichen Sclerosus.
Then it may be necessary to see your doctor for topical steroids. I don't know whether stretching on its own will work. But it may do. I personally would try stretching and my advice here for stronger erections before I used topical steroids. As I would worry about the long term effects of the steroids on the skin structure.

    2. If you have no biological knowledge you do nothing but harm by writing such nonsense

  3. You obviously didnt understand what i was saying. These suggestions will expand the tight phimotic ring. Note that not everyone with phimosis has a tight phimotic ring. Not sure what you mean by phimotic ring anyway.
If your spongy chambers are damaged then when they restore there is more give to pulll the foreskin down.
Also, once the chambers are repaired the more powerful and more frequent spontaneous erections are going to help expand the foreskin. But note - they have to be spontaneous erections. Otherwise you wont know if your penis has repaired. So if you aren't getting spontaneous erections - that is why I advise to stop masturbating so they can repair. So please refrain from dismissing things as bollocks when you dont take the time to full read and understand it. Very rude.

  4. Great advice! So approximately how long would it take to make the foreskin easily retractable if I use this gentle up and down technique? And can I do this everyday to speed up the process? Thanks! Please reply.

  5. My main advice is not to masturbate as much. It isnt really the up and down masturbation that cures phimosis. It is strong erections. It should take about 3 or 4 months. Things you can do to speed up process is follow all my advice on here. Nutrition helps.
Please post back on whether it is working. It is good to have independent feedback as it silences the doubters.

  6. Alright! I'll let the strong erections last as long as possible. And I'll try retracting my foreskin as much as I can when erect after a shower and before bed. I'll give weekly updates! Thanks :)

    1. It is good that you are getting them. Do hey last a long time? Morning wood is the best place. If you get a spontaneous erection in the morning. It would be good if that lasted a long time.
Look at my dietary advice and health advice to make these erections stronger. So basically eat better and exercise and be thin and muscular. This will make the erections stronger - so will push more against the foreskin.

    2. Eating, muscularity etc have nothing to do with curing phimosis, neither does avoiding masturbation. Stretching using betamethasone cream will help but it's not instant. Most of James "authoritative comments" are dangerous rubbish. There are sooo many sites that offer GOOD advice, please use them

  8. Someone needs to stop this person from writing errant and in some ways dangerous nonsense!

    1. Please explain why it is "dangerous"? As for it being "errant" - it is logical.
If you follow my advice, which is basically:
*Leaving it to repair for a few days by not masturabting as much
*Eating well and getting good nutrition
      *Exercising more
      - why would that be dangerous? The worst that will happen is that you will be less tired, fitter, and healthier. It would be excellent health advice even if it didnt cure your phimosis. So frankly, you are an idiot.

It seems you have a degree of cognitive dissonance. You cannot accept that there is a very simple cause and solution to phimosis. Now, if you have BXO - then you will probably need steroids to thin the skin. But as I say, and this is "errant" from the standard medical reasoning - most teenage/adult phimosis presents without BXO or skin disease. As I say, i think a lot of phimosis cases are caused by damage to the 3 spongy chambers which means that erections are never strong enough to stretch the skin properly.

  9. If you don't know what the phimotic ring is, you really shouldn't be giving advice on phimosis.

    1. I do know what a phimotic ring is. And I am exactly the person who should be giving advice since I cured my own phimosis with this advice. If you look at my other blog: http://phimosiscases.blogspot.co.uk/
      you won't see many.

  16. I have had sexual side effect with male enhancement pills. Then I tried TenGenix, this drug will do wonders for sex sides, but it may work too well as some men suffer from low sex drive. TenGenix could be a newcomer in the industry, everything about it suggests that its competitors would have to step up their game if they want to stop this one. Consuming Tengenix before and after sleep could be a choice of individual but the benefits’ can be achieved either way.
